Artist Statement

Expressed through the simplicity and playfulness akin to single panel comics and children’s book illustrations, Ditzler’s work is a collection of existential musings seeking joy in the everyday. His sculptures raise questions, or at least offer a temporary reprieve, from the complexities and paradoxes of the contemporary condition.
