Artist Statement

"Almost there" is a piece that alludes to a situation that many people are living all around the globe. It evoques the feeling in which the union between two persons is not recognized or accepted by various social reasons, independently of how much love, union and respect there is between the couple. Nowadays, this social situation is changing, and that is why we are "almost there".
