Artist Statement

[Breathing Regulator/Anti-G] A vented cuff from the series Hypoxia—an exhaust to an asphyxiating time. Looking to the $66,000,000,000 F-22 program and the socio-political battles on the home front for context. Hypoxia is a convergence of emptiness and tactility, armour or armaments. When all is wrong, what do we value?
